Fun & Fitness At the Pool

It may be back to school time, but the summer fun at the neighborhood pool here at Carnes Crossroads is in full-swing. The Property Owners’ Associated has added brand-new lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas to accommodate the growing number of residents using this great community amenity for fitness and fun. Weekly Aqua Zumba classes are becoming a popular — and refreshing — way for adults to get fit. Meanwhile, kids spend hours staying cool in the pool’s splash and play area.
Even our new neighbors at Northwood Academy are joining in the fun. The Academy’s swim team is holding early morning practices at the pool through the end of the season.
