Transformation of Iconic Green Barn Now Underway!

The iconic green barn, located across from the Village Green, will soon serve as a centralized gathering place for residents, family and friends. The barn is being transformed into an open-air pavilion that will be the perfect venue for special events such as game nights, resident cookouts and more.Charleston architectural firm Stubbs Muldrow Herrin designed the plan to repurpose the structure while keeping as much of the original framework in tact as possible. The barn will eventually serve as the centerpiece for a future amenity that will include a 25-meter competitive pool with beach entry and a kiddie pool.
Work on the barn began in early July and is expected to take approximately 60 days to complete. The future amenity is expected to be built in 2014.
