The rating is based on input from customers of the Guild Quality platform, a network and website for building professionals that provides unbiased reviews from customers to help builders evaluate the quality and customer service they are providing.
Winners were chosen by the Guild Quality team based on average recommendation ratings reaching 90 percent and higher. Home builders, remodelers and home improvement contractors use the platform to help grow their business.
