We’re excited to share with you the latest construction happening on The Farm at Carnes Crossroads. Here you’ll soon discover a general store filled with local goods, and will be the place where residents will pick up their farm share. Our Agrihood and amenities are coming to life in the place where you can truly plant roots and thrive.
Future Amenities Sprouting Now
In our video tour, we show you the site of The Farm, where the rich, healthy soil will soon produce beets, broccoli, cabbage, cucumbers, lettuce, potatoes, tomatoes, and much more.
Behind The Farm will be the barn, where our general store will be located, and where Carnes Crossroads residents will pick up their farm share.You’ll also be able to buy produce organically grown on The Farm and support local artisans and vendors who will offer locally crafted goods all year.
Beyond the Barn
Outside the barn, you step into the courtyard, where you’ll have a view of The Farm, the U-Pick Orchard, and the Children’s Learning Garden, which will grow culinary herbs, flowers, and fruit. There’s also the Wash/Pack area where you’ll find our busy farmers as they prepare and pack the fruits and vegetables.
Our plans for The Farm and future Agrihood amenities reflect our commitment to healthy living and a deep connection to nature. Soon, you’ll be able to join friends and family as you stroll through the Agrihood and enjoy the fruits (and veggies) of our labor. Until then, be well and eat well.
