Whether it’s a friendly gathering at the future site of The Lake House or fresh, organically-grown produce from our upcoming 11-acre farm, there’s always something to look forward to when you live at Carnes Crossroads.

It’s officially summer, so it seems only natural that we’d be thinking about ways to stay cool and refreshed. We’re excited that one of our future amenities is a resort-style pool that will feature umbrellas, poolside tables, and lounge-style seating.
Sunglasses, Sunscreen, Friends, and Fun
Our new pool will be located just outside The Lake House, positioned on the edge of Lake Hewitt, and surrounded by gorgeous, green trees. You can settle in at the poolside lounge and take in some Vitamin D. One of the exciting features of the resort-style pool will be a water slide tower. Watch as kids of all ages zip down the adventurous water slide tower, or take your own turn.
Summertime is one of the best times of the year at Carnes and we love sharing activities and amenities with you. Whether you enjoy a lazy day on your porch swing or working up a sweat at the Wellness Center, you can have — and do — it all at Carnes Crossroads, where community is defined by gathering together and our deep connection to nature.
