We recently hosted the much-anticipated unveiling of Lennar’s new model homes in Carnes Crossroads. The Realtor Grand Opening was a massive success. Not only did everyone enjoy the new homes, the live music and the lobster food truck, we got a chance to reflect on the value that our community brings to Goose Creek, Summerville, and the greater Charleston area. We’re proud to call this area home and be part of its growth.

Classic, Iconic Beauty

With the help of world-class homebuilders like Lennar, we’ve been able to contribute to a new revival of classic Charleston architecture. The Charleston-style home, a fusion of Colonial, Victorian, Federal, and Gothic designs, is an iconic look that has influenced neighborhoods across the United States. Community Stewardship

The spirit of Carnes Crossroads fosters community engagement and comradery throughout the Lowcountry. Since our establishment, Carnes Crossroads has become a home for official Town of Goose Creek events including summer league swim meets and Town Movie Nights. We also host community events such as Food Truck Fridays and Fourth Fridays Farmers Markets. Children from around the area come to Carnes Crossroads every day to attend our schools – Northwood Academy and the new Carolyn Lewis K-8 school. From hosting charity drives to being a space for large gatherings, we’re proud to serve the Lowcountry in any way we can.

It Doesn’t Stop Here

Things only get better from here. Carnes Crossroads continues to grow and thrive. Our Agrihood is expanding soon to include a professional working farm that will provide residents with fresh produce, herbs and flowers. Future commercial space will be opening soon, including The Townes at Carnes Crossroads and Uptown Carnes, a walkable space for food, fun, shopping and a rooftop bar.
